This is my resume.  I’ve designed it to be modestly impressive to others, but secretly (shhh…don’t tell anyone) I feel bad because I know that I’m both better and worse than the words on the page.  And in the process of writing the resume and imagining the people who will read it, I’ve judged myself and judged them.  They’ll judge me and themselves in turn, then judge themselves for judging me while I judge myself for judging them.  The words will weigh heavily on the page and cause wrinkles in cyberspace and also in that little space between my eyebrows that pinches together when I’m overthinking things.
